Three years old, but has only seen about a dozen nights of use, always on a tarp. Pristine condition - no tears, stains, marks of any kind. This was the second I owned, and I love the hell out of them. No condensation, great weather protection, packs to a little bigger than a Nalgene. Super reliable. $150.
