    Sand In the Vagina?

Heading to Wellfleet - Cape Cod next week. Trails likely to be sandy mix.

Any prep or post ride maintenance I should be thinking about?

Watch the volleyball scene from Top Gun a few times a day.

unless yer riding on the beach itself, cape riding is fast loamy-pinemat forest.

    Wicked pissa is right.

Ride this morning in the National Seashore Forrest on fire roads and single track between Wellfleet and Truro. Flowey and fun.

Day at Newcombe Hollow with the family.

Surf and turf on the charcoal grill tonight.

Not yet. Went the other way toward Truro. Found a "warehouse" and a shooting range before making it to the dune tops and following a bunny trail along the coast.

Nope. Was coming in from the Truro dunes side but punched out before we got all the way there.

Tomorrow we try to find the gauntlet.

Spent the morning in the gauntlet from Paine's to Whitecrest and near the Beachcomber back to Paine's with numerous sidetrips including the "twistie turnies".

Lots of well overgrown trail mixed w sweet singletrack. Not technical but has almost continuous ups and downs.

Highly recommend for a few hours if you find yourself in the area.
