Moving to Jackson
Not the shitty one in Mississippi, but the good one in Wyoming.
Any mags have a housing connection, please drop me a PM. Moving there early August and options are slim. I imagine come September more places opening up, so if you know any temp options I would be very grateful for any input. Don't really want to commute from Victor but getting to the desperation point where I may have to.

Yeah I'm mad local. I'd say in general fall is always easier for finding places than other times of year (from what I've heard, and certainly seen this summer). You can always move to Victor if you can't find a place on this side.

No crazy story on my leaving... just offered a position that I couldn't refuse. Going for the brass ring type of deal. And I've seen Brokeback Mountain like 20 times.

Word is there are upwards of 1000, fully employed but still homeless people in Jackson. I'm sure that is embellished a tad but just my three immediate neighbors for my retail store, each one has at least one employee living out of a van or up in Curtis.
Fall does seem to be the best, but make sure you work quickly. Waiting till your lunch break to call about it, yeah that sucker will have rented by then.Live Free or Die

Thats funny cuz I work with a schmo who was there for a month last summer and drops names and places in Jackson like he owned it.Don't forget to act like a local once you are there for 15 minutes.
