    No Climbing Sub-Forum?

    I would have a hard time believing this has never come up. Is there a reason why there's no climbing sub-forum in the 'other sports' category? I'm sure there are loads of members who participate in some form of the sport.

    BUt I think we need to break out a more formal and subdivided (i.e. TRs, local threads, tech talk, etc.) for climbing.

    TGR hates rock climbers. That's the conclusion each time this comes up. Mountainproject.com is way better than anything this place could offer anyway, unless you are looking to brag about climbing 5.9 to your ski buddies.

    I don't either, but there's a lot to discuss and I know a lot of climbers who aren't that braggy type. I have nothing against surfing but how there is a surf section over a climb section blows my mind, especially considering the nature of this site.
