Jump, then jump and overshot the landing by a long ways nose down, into wall of berm, to heap on the ground.

Felt like I got bucked by my Monarch plus RC3. Been trying to deal with this bucking for a while now.

Rapid recovery works well through rocks and roots, but I've been fighting it on jump trails.

Not that I'm going to be riding anytime soon...

    But for clarification:

People say to remove the pins and use locktight so they don't rattle out.

The pins in the pedals I recieved have a bit of blue locktight from the factory.

Should I still remove the pins and locktight them anyway?

Blue is for threads you'd like to be able to open again, red is for permanent. I'd go with blue, I believe the pins on my Hope flats came with blue loctite.

Anyone run the Canfield Bros. Crampon Mag. pedals? Review? Paging Kidwoo...

Just did mine. I pulled the big bushing out with a snap ring plier with hooked ends and the smaller bushing can be pushed or pulled out with a tight fitting flathead. Took just under an hour. After a yr and a half they were so sloppy it was like 15 degrees of float. Didn't bother me at first(kept jamming them full of grease) but the excessive slop was sketching me out. Those pedals feel sooooo good though. It'll be hard to ride something thicker now. I'd try the canfields though but not sure about convex. Better company(Canfield) and I also think a bearing will help. Ht don't answer emails it seems(no matter how flattering) and Canfield are top notch cs. NRG are the Ht Canadian distributor and they're good doods and have lots of stock for ht's so I'll stick with them. More and more I prefer supporting good cs companies though. The small guys that ride
