What's it worth: Specialized Enduro
Help me price this bike for sale -- lots of upgrades from stock, but it's old, so...
Bike and all the parts are in really nice condition. It's been one of many bikes, and never been the primary one. Some scratches & scuffs (cable rub), but about what you would expect from a bike ridden for one full season, and not for something this old.
2006 Specialized Enduro "expert" - test bike orange color (was a demo model, but never ridden when I bought it from the shop), size large
Fork - Marzocchi 55 Micro Ti air TST, 35mm stanchions, 20mm through-axle, 160mm travel. Perfect condition, super plush.
Rear shock - Fox DHX 5.0 coil, 450# spring, 8.75 x 2.75, on Specialized "low shuttle" mount. Supposedly around 165-170mm travel. ProPedal, rebound, boost valve, preload adjustments.
Wheels - Easton Havoc AM. 26". Front hub convertible to 9mm (included) or 15mm (don't have); rear hub is 135mm Q/R only.
Tires - (F) Kenda Nevegal 2.5 folding, trimmed knobs (works much better), good condition (handful of rides). (R) Panaracer Fire 2.3 folding, probably halfway through its life
Drivetrain - 9-speed - F. derailleur XT, R. derailleur X9; shifters X7 trigger.
Crankset/BB - Truvativ Stylo 2x w/ bashguard (24/36, IIRC). Blackspire Stinger chainguide; frame has ISCG mounts.
Brakes - Hayes Stroker Ace 4-piston, 8" rotors. Have one or two extra sets of new brake pads too.
Small parts - Cane Creek cartridge headset, Specialized stem & saddle. Could sell with Joplin dropper post w/ remote, or with regular post.
Price?
Here's an old picture, but with the original fork, shock, & wheels:

I'd put it somewhere a bit north of $1k. Maybe $1200.

It may not be the latest and greatest but those bikes are still pretty damn good. A lot better in many ways than some of the bikes they made after.

Those bikes are great. I used to have one, sold it to my broke brother for a song so I'd have someone to ride with and he still rips on it. I'd say 1000-1200 is a good place to start.

The bike came with a Fox 36 Talas R fork and a DHX Air shock. The fork was OK, but the Marzocchi 55 is better in every way. The DHX Air sucked - either way too firm or wallowing and blowing through all the travel. The DHX 5 coil that's on there now totally transformed the bike - pedals better uphill, smooth and easily tunable for descending.

Fork, shock and wheels are worth a grand if you part it out.
Surely someone in here has a buddy who needs this.
What's the Head Angle on there? Will it take an Angleset? However many are in a shit ton.

Take that sticker off and it's value will go up 15-25 bucks.

Start a thread in here with a link to your gearswap post.
That might be frowned upon, but I for one would not go into gear swap looking for a bike unless I had a shit load of time to kill and low expectations.
