Hey everyone

Me and a group of 7 other folks are galavanting from the Bend/Seattle area to ski at the Wendy Thompson Hut in the Marriott Basin. Closest peak would be the Mt. Marriott, just west of Duffey Lake. It's a pretty popular backcountry location, but I haven't had a ton of success finding up to date avalanche information.

Thus far, my best resource has been www.avalanche.ca, as they have daily forecasts and avy ratings for various altitudes. While this is awesome to have, is there another resource you might recommend? We're prepared to dig a lot of pits and get samples of layer strength, but I like to have as much info as possible before going.

Thanks!
