Rotator cuff/ shoulder rehab exercises?
So I jacked up my rotator cuff recently, or at least my shoulder. Basically, dislocated then went back in, pretty sure that it's not torn (been there done that on the other shoulder). It's not terrible, and I can still use it, but now it keeps happening over and over, like when I'm trying to get my balance in the air, or whenever I reach over my head. Hurts to put on a seatbelt or tshirt ect ect. Can't do pushups or pull-ups.
So, I'm looking for some exercises that might help with recovery. I'd like to be able to swim/surf at the beach this summer, so that's my goal. Kinda need a decent shoulder for that. Would like to start easy and work my way up with a few daily exercises.
Thanks for any help.

Strengthening the cuff after dislocations is OK, but toning (and learning to properly engage)all the other muscles that cross the shoulder is usually more helpful. Do a youtube search for "d1 and d2 shoulder pnf exercises". Its a series of 4 cable exercises for the shoulder.
