Sunday 3/27 Cardiff slide
Tremper says 4 people were caught, but got free. Anyone back there today see it?

nope. i had a look at the upper portion of cardiac but that's it. this was in cardiff fork, right? what aspect was it and which layer broke on them?

yep
seems like your on it red baron.... it happened just before sunrise in cardiff on atomic fireball..broke 4-5 ft deep , 50 across , 500-700 vert..4 persons were involved , everyone unburried themselves and o.k.

yeah, that is the one right next to the 40 footer on cardiff ridge. it's also the widest and most obvious. i fugured it was in the fork but wow. those chuteletts don't get much traffic until things get skied out. it seems like an odd time to hit em up. they're all nearing the 40* mark but mostly around 38*
