Hit a nice caddis hatch on the Upper Rio Santa Barbara in the Pecos Wilderness. The rare and elusive Rio Grande cutthroat:

There were browns too, but the camera batteries gave out.

Rarely post on TGR, but this site constantly provides the stoke. Time to start giving a little back.

Cedar River Rainbow, #6 rubber legs stonefly. Fought valiantly for 15 minutes before we could get em into the tail out. Cheers

What's that, like a minute per inch?

Nice leader straightener. What model is it?

Brought my 6wt on trip to visit wife's family in Indiana just in case. Spied some rock piles on the White River by the inlaws from Google earth. Caught a bunch of smallies.

Got this 15 incher on a brown bugger.

And the highlight. 19 incher busted a frog colored popper right at sunset. Viscous take. My knees were knocking for ten minutes after he was in the net.

I take back all the shit I said about Indiana.

Picked up this hog out of one of my local holes, chuckin' big streamers into the deep, the temp. was hot, and the fishin' hotter. Tight lines everybody. Click image for larger version.

That is pretty much what every drift boat does, regardless of price. We need to get that thing out.

Took the squirt boat out on the Watauga river on Monday. Daughter, her BF, and friend Collin. Collin finally managed to catch his first brownie. Good day on the river.

In order to properly convert this thread to a polyasshat thread to more fully enrage the liberal left frequenting here...... (insert latest democratic blunder of your choice).
