Did you work on some project to move a bridge in Utah a few years ago? I think there were something like 56 sets of motorized, wheeled jacks involved.

Cool thread. I spend most of my time fishing saltwater, but here's a pic of my son in 2014 (4yo) after reeling in his first fish:

Quite a monster! Funny enough, he caught it on a lure that my dad bought for me when I was 6 or 7 to fish in the pond next to the house I grew up in. 30 years later my son is using the same lure to catch his 1st fish. Cool stuff.

yep thats a smoker size mullet not the standard bait sized finger mullet. they are supposed to be vegetarians and not eat meat so getting one on a fly is probably pretty rare...

the way it ate my fly was pretty weird, it ate it with it's face instead of it's mouth.

I really didn't know what they were but they were making a ton of racket on the surface and jumping around. I thought maybe they were chasing bait fish so I threw my fly into the middle of the action.

The kid didn't want to hold her after seeing her teeth, but he landed his first walleye ice fishing. Kid is spoiled now...29" and just under 9lbs. Not bad for his first walter.
