Yeah, I don't know why they maintain the couple roads out there...maybe for fires. I went to build a single track in the woods to the right just after the bridge and it must have been an old dump because it's full of glass.

    Yikes.

Just got approval to build a bunch more trail by me. A group of us are going to ride my network that get to the new zone and scope shit out. Should be able to add another hour or so of killer single track which will double my loop that I built this year. Great terrain that you'll be able to connect with another 6 hours of killer rocky tech riding just to the west. No surf?! Go ride! So stoked! Join us mang!

Worked on another new loop Saturday. Had five guys out there for four hours, so we got quite a bit done. Most of it was moving rocks to create nice fun lines. Also have leaf blower stashed out there...what a difference that makes! This is now the third loop in the new zone and it is so fun out there for us. It's techy, one line only type of riding, which I really enjoy.

This ledge was fun to build on. The line traverses across the top and the decent is off to the right. This was when we were laying out the line. Shitty pics don't do any of it justice.

Nice! Was really wishing I had packed my bike instead of my skis this trip home, ended up jogging for the most part. Gross!

Yeah, and we had a little swell yesterday. Next time you're back I'll show you this new zone just a few miles from the beach.

Cool! Have ridden seabrook briefly as far as near beach terrain goes. Silver lining was getting a nice session of chest high clean surf at jenness on the 26th that felt like a nice September day. Ha

I must say, riding has been really good the last couple weekends - I've had some really fun rides: Gtown, Willow, Russell, Great Brook.

Gotta do something since snow seems to be rather elusive this season.

I must say I'll be damned if this isn't a particularly awesome segment of NE bike porning:

I'll add to NE bike porning:

I'm coming around to fat bikes. I also think I need to be as good as Chase to get the max amount of fun out of them...

Fat Bikes are too much fun! Get one...you won't regret it.

The first accessory I bought was this - https://www.ridepdw.com/goods/fender...d-shovel-front And based on that vid you can tell why. Fattys throw a lot of shit!

I miss 2 wheels. I am so stoked to be on trail by say, around June 1. Here's the guy to look for this summer (scottyb, this your back yard):

Everyone be safe and rock the pow/fatbike this winter, see you in a few in the '15 thread.

Got to do some riding over in Idaho this weekend, which I could be getting it on the regular! With no snow for a week or two in Jackson and melt freeze going on I have to believe it's prime fatty riding right now.
