Good remedies for huckneck/tomahawk neck?
Had a pretty brutal hardpack tomahawk today after a pre-release. Pretty sure I'm not gonna be able to move my head tomorrow morning. Doing heat pack, icy hot and ibuprofun. Any other suggestions or tricks? Drinking is on the list too.

Embrace your huckneck, it will only make you stronger. Which will lead to
less huckneck in the future.

Rossi Axial2, ejected sideways at the toe way too easily. Gonna go get them checked at a local shop as they're pretty old.

ah, good idea. vitamin I. advil liquid gels or store brand equivalent works best, imo.

1. Get a lighter weight helmet.
2. Stop airing onto flat landings.
3. Sack-up!Leave No Turn Unstoned!

If bearable try this stretch: with hands by sides, hold weights (or water bottles) and allow them to pull your shoulders down. Don't lift up, just let your hands hang down for a while (imagine carrying multiple grocery bags)

If you can get ahold of some flexaral (muscle relaxers) do it. Be careful of your neck position when you sleep.

i'd go see a bodywork person -- lmt trained in other modalities like maybe rolfing, acupressure -- maybe an acupuncturist. pain relief is one thing but getting it functional the way it's supposed to be is something else.

Message your tonsils with a skinned cucumber and get some gopro footage of it. This should relieve any pain in the huckneckpussy region.

If you've got access to an eStim that can go a long ways in relieving neck pain due to tightness from strain etc on your back/neck
I wear crocs for the style, not the comfort.
