Seems like I can't upload a pdf file here but I do have a scan of the article. It's pretty cool to personally know infamous skiers like Steve "the human corn dog" et al.

think it was the final day
    dawned gourgie

and the entire crew assembled and for the first time all headed on a similar objective
w/ team usa draggin up the rear on the skywalk mission

the mrs. aint real big on exposure but rocked it out w/ encoragement from us

wasn't to hard she'd been there before and knew one of them "this is what we do" and why we fuckin do it moments waited on the other side

not to mention i scored her xmass card to send to the docs to remind them she's 10x corer than them
    wd or biffyquick dropped 1st

    then pinky

i'm blessed to be able to quite a bit of skiin mostly due to her
so when she skis things well it stokes me out even more than my skiing lately
regrouped and safely discussed potential concerns

once again rickybiffquicks conducts his slightly unorthodox snow study methods.

    skied down

cautiously cause the entire hut is whatchin below
and no one wants to be

    yup that guy
skied a few short carpenter laps fore climbin out on last time
might of even dropped blow the hut but the sun had funked er
    got our party on

    moonrise

dreams of another great hut trip
some breakfast and some cleain and packin fore ya knowz it the chopper incoming

    and your'e outgoing

    yo jongers mcbiffquick
been a good summer gots the funds for trip leader pondo ready
flailed on deposit for vahalla 16'
the damn most extreme skier in the huts doin it freaky freeheal as it looks like tophers comin again
    hope your summers been good
and dr wd is doing well
    still crushed
we were in costa rica when we found out
took this for yous ment to bump the thread and tell him p and i luv you bros
but you know how my slacker ass is

i know youve been there for him continue to hang tough
see ya back there in feb eh
unless you 2 come out to shred the coupius amounts of pow pow that should fall on or about the time i turn 1/2 a century

Didn't suck nearly as bad as the weather guessers guessed
    Knees got dropped

    Gullies got ripped
    [
    The ups were enjoyed

It's funny or cook sunny worked for cmh and a few lodges
    And doesn't really ski
So we're explaining in the ski week we're only gonna actually ski a few hours
You gotta learn to enjoy all the rest
The early morning predawn coffee making
The long slog home in the fading light or darkness
The sauna, the communal dinner shadings
The beverages, the stories, the goods, the fails
The damn ifin the ullr didn't bless us overnight with some more fresh
The vis when ya gets it
The old man bearded mossy snow ghosts when ya don't
    Ups n downs

The lookin back at what ya skied

i guess its all pretty mute ifin youre not sharing it

I rolled in with some fucked up toes and boot issues I shuda delt with
so tues I took it easy helped the hut chicks with chores set up a beacon drill
and i aint the type of bum that's gonna say no to the "wanna go share the secret stash line with us'' questions
fore headin out with em after a good 20 cm's fell

them 2 betties and i shared sums pit work

didn't take much to find sums pwl of early jan and feb buried hoars
thankfully at this point they weren't to reactive
the betties shredded sum secret stash shits up

so i didn't ski too goods clipped some woods and shed a stick
turns out ifin ya were to loose your dyna rad 2 brake afd its gonna make it a bitch to git the rear pins to lock
and sound don't travel real well in the dumping land of snow ghosts
so until i got it figured out ya needed to pull up on the brake i was mia until
made contact with the other group pilfering the double secret probation stash
and some radio communications break downs kerfuckles were overcome
    made it out n home

got up on the roof to watch the sfotex and toaster send it home

and i recollect pulled pork tacos for dinner
and it seems our Donny truth stretcher potwat aint to popular with our neighbors to the north but Vikings on unicorns are and they likes me stickers

hump day s dawn broke clear after a few more cm
    and Mr Mojo says
"no one now will forgive us for wasting the dawn"

    the ussuall whos skiin what
aint quite sure how post Canada works
but mr toaster and I brought our own usps stamps and hump day sounds as good as any day to send some pillows
but first we got alpine high

looked across the valley to the witches fingers and well I bet that'd ski well

but first there is this old cool lone larch tree that wanted to be on the tgrz

one of them special cold smoke early light and fresh snow lingering and being blown about things ya hope for but all the pieces don't always fall together things

and the terrain just got better

    shits got sents

    hit the valley floor
looked up at the rock garden pillow dream shit and smiled

a special bum entitlement wide grinned smirk

and that smirk got erased real fast as accessing the witchs fingers turned into skin of futility ridge repeated loss of elevation in steep faceted sugar game
and wants well ya find some time ya gets what ya needs even ifin it consolation turns

ended up punchin a skinner up a finger till the weather changed and we'd be rollin in late already realization sent us down
    no it didn't suck

    to the valley floor

ad well thc/cbd gummies to the bloody mary extended happy hour made my old man ass slog out suck less
