    Some of us know and understand about it, but also understand that websites such as this one probably wouldn't exist if not for ad revenue. And normally a few sidebar ads really don't bother me, so I see no reason to block them.

    I don't have any ad blockers, and I haven't seen / heard this Bridger thing. It sounds horrible though.

    i don't get it either, plus you can turn it off for certain sites if they block you for having ad block software (like hulu). always amazes me when I'm on another's computer by the amount of advertising there is on some websites. Ad Block Plus is good. Bluhell firewall 2.0 is better

    Seriously? is this for real? I would think the websites that rely on ad revenue get most of their money from site traffic and getting people to click on the ads, not whether or not those sites are visited by people with ad blocking software. Plus those websites relying on ad revenue usually send along a cookie so that company advertising can track you. Ad blocking software usually does more than just block some ads, they help what little we have left of online privacy.....
