    Tallulah Gorge TR

Tallulah gorge is in extreme NE Georgia and is dam release 5 wknds/year. It's only about 1.1 miles long but drops around 240'. to get to the put-in you have to walk down 600 steps and the gorge is very steep with great scenery. It kight be my favorite mile of whitewater I've paddled, but I'm fairly new and haven't been on a ton of rivers yet.

Nice! I have many memories of hiking around there as a kid. Great pictures too!
