...And this is crazy, but go to Mongolia? Ski maybe?

I've finally got time next year in Feb/March, tickets are cheap (Thanks to Sum Ting Wong & crew), and I'm going wandering. Mongolia's been on my radar for some time, mainly because it's one of the few places I haven't been, is in the middle of buttf*ck nowhere, and is the least touristy place I can think of (Literally, one region holds the record for the world's most isolated place). That indie ski film-preview someone posted a little bit ago has confirmed my suspicions that there is indeed skiing to be had as well.

I do an international trip for about a month every year, this might be a little longer but I have a feeling it'd be worth it.
If this sounds like a less-than-stupid, or even a downright attractive proposition, PM me. Thinking of picking up tickets soon.

It's really cold in the winter and not much snow, so the snowpack is going to be pretty rotten. Might be worth going a little later in the spring ?
