    Unreal!

Hard to imagine the mind control that you need to ski that.

This is equivalent to soloing a hard rock route.

what! they used ropes and harnesses and such - such poor style....

actually awesome and awe inspiring just like AF skiing Whillans ramp.

Rog might cry foul because of the date citing that it was done almost a month into the future and therefore cannot count. NH hasn't adapted to euro style date stamps...

That appears to exceed my skill set. Nice pictures, and the line looks sick.

gorgeous line! and it almost goes "no other choice" he sez.

the face/line just lookers right looks tasty and 100% skiable.

nice that they were kind enough to pull out the camera from time to time

Climbing or skiing that would be more than enough to blanche my dent.

They are going to be so happy now. From the blog post:

...even being still over 50°, we ski the last pitch, big turns on prefect corn, pass the bergschrund and to our gear depot. Here it is, IT’S DONE!!! This line that I dreamed of, we skied it in style. We look at it one more time from the bottom and we’ll call it “ Swiss Fall Line”. The only remaining anxiety is to now gain the approval of some internet numpty called Wodger. Will our efforts have been wasted?

    FUCK!

Too bad about that rap though

That is incredible shit. I'm very happy to live in a place where a first descent doesn't have to be that outrageous. Hats off to both a very solid ascent and a ridiculously technical and ballsy ski. Congrats!
