Alpental Long Board Day 2013 Photographic Evidence

I'm glad someone took pictures, because I sure didn't! I am but the messenger.

I was a bit concerned about dropping in to Nash. Concerns turned out to be valid.

    Accessories of yore.

Cuzinick in what turned out to be the most sensible outfit of the day!

Long skis truck.....wether you want to or not!

Despite the soggyness, we had a lot of fun PNW-style!

Well done southern men (and women) folk. In homage to your special day (on the fortuitous 4/20 no less) I played tennis all morning with a Kiwi, then in the evening played music round a fire and got smashed. Thought of you freaks often yesterday. See ya next year!

Making it through yesterday with all my knee ligaments intact was a victory for me.

Some shots from my crappy point and shoot:

Matching Kneissl DH boards (215 and 222cm) started the day off right.

K2 TNC twins (skis, bindings, AND boots) kept the unity going.

Greydon getting his "O" face on

TWO (ACH and Greydon) crazy kooks dropping knees on the longboards.

No, the huge avi debris in the background was not caused by our longboards.

Fun, wet, schmoo, beer, bbq, laughs, and smiles were the words of the day. Until next year...

'twas a fun day to be sure. None of the pics I took can really add anything to what's been posted, so just want to say thanks for a good day and it was good to meet a lot of you. Of course, my ADHD is going to keep me from remembering everyone's names so I'll just have to try harder next time.
