I bought a pair of Crispi EVO Shiver tele boots this winter. The walk mode lever has failed. I can not lock out the walk mode.

I bought them at a Denver area store as a closeout when I visited my sister. The store no longer is a Crispi dealer and will not honor the warranty. I live in Eastern Washington and there is no local Crispi dealer that I know of.

Has anyone had luck with Crispi warranties, and if so whom did you contact?
