Fuck Salesforce. It was really fun putting everything in Outlook AND Salesforce to create a much more useful program combined. Seemed much more geared towards giving bosses a nanny device to see how "productive" we were being as well as being a system to remind us to annoy potential clients ad nauseum. Glad I don't do that anymore.

have any of you supported SAP/Oracle/whatever at scale though? large traditional companies are as worried about support as much as the software. a company like SAP has been around the block.
when I see smaller companies go for it, yeah, I wonder. my old man's company just gave up on an 24 month failed implementation.
SAP was just an example. I think it's garbage as well.
