Also agree Dec (Right around Christmas) was very good.
But how many Core Shots. 6 feet of pow but nothing under it.
I wacked hidden stumps tree tops and rocks more times than I can count. Had to get 6 core shots repaired on my 196 Lhasa's. 1 Actualy tore the Carbon stringer that runs under the base of the Ski.
Repaired 2 days of damage
SO!
Waitng for a 3 to 6 foot storm on top of the 6 to 10 Ft base we have now.
Thats is going to be Epic 2006 repeat?Own your fail. ~Jer~

Sure we have had bigger snow packs & way deeper days, but for constantly good snow especially if you got away from the resort I'd be hard pressed to think of a better December and the good times keep on rolling.

the access issues exist with the other person in the picture. no problems skiing there, just can't take the same picture.

Nice TR, Powdork.
It was indeed a great December in Tahoe. And, for that matter, January isn't off to a bad start either. But part of me is looking forward to sweaty temperatures and corn in April and May. Man, it's been cold.

Sum dem pics is berry nice.
And Kirkwood's grabby volcanic rock takeoffs are the natural habitat of the wild Flung Cat. Place is lousy with 'em.
Some of them dress like me.
But they're totally not me.
