Stoked. As much as I've enjoyed further/deeper, Xavier's riding blows Jeremy's out of the water, and is easily on par if not better than t. rice's, Terje's, etc.

Xaiver is really the best gnar mountain snow slider on earth IMO. TRice is on a different kick. The way xaiver freerides in "extreme" terrain is second to none, ski or board.

Always pay attention to what xavier is doing since i saw him in 10 three years ago. good to see him continuing to expand his mountaineering skills and incorporating that into his films.

Wishing him well with his production company.

I've always loved watching JJ, but have to agree. Xavier is ridiculous and at near the top level regardless of 1 or 2 planks. I also really enjoy the mountaineering aspect he is bringing...Anyway, stoked for the film!

Stoked on the trailer, looks like this one might be a little more introspective, a la "Tempting Fear." Excited to see the human side of rippers taking massive risks, instead of the too cool for school type we have come to expect. I'm not trying to call anyone out, but we've been seeing a lot of Bros mach'ing out of slides etc. without a second word. Xavier really hangs it out there, and lets us couch jockeys know that its not a mindless decision. Always interesting to hear what he has to say about that.

def this guy is pushing big mountain riding. his speed blows JJ's doors off and to compare him to travis rice is to insult the frenchman (he doesn't have to build 10000 kickers a movie)

right now he is undeniably the best rider in the world

    hands down

You win the dumbest comment ever award. First, why do people feel the need to bash JJ's riding when talking about Xavier? None of you have an ounce of the balls or skill JJ has. If JJ sucks and side slips everything, what kind of rider does that make you in comparison, doughboy? You must maple leaf the shit out of your local mountain. You have an incredible amount ignorance to incorrectly critique Jeremy's ability/style.

Way to chop 3 words out of a larger sentence so you could twist them around and make them mean something completely different than what doughboyshredder meant. JJ is sick, Xavier is sick, but he's right - Xavier straightlines basically everything, JJ (and basically everyone else too) does not straightline everything. No need to be a douche just for the sake of it.

Awesome edit with a genuine perspective on freeriding and mountaineering. Agree or Disagree with Xavier's decisions, he puts his exact thoughts on his pursuits out for the world to hear. The fact that the film is free, and shows an extremely high caliber of riding and adventure, is an awesome statement of the artistic effort these guys put in. Big props to the White Noise Crew.

"chop 3 words...twist them around"...The sentence was 7 fucking words long and the context is the same. Multiple people ITT are bringing JJ into it for no reason and bashing him. Saying JJ side slips things Xavier straight lines is meant as a direct insult to Jeremy Jones's riding ability besides being a completely erroneous and ignorant statement. Nothing else. So I'm being a douche for a completely legitimate reason, fuckwad.

    How about this?

'Jeremy Jones is the 2nd best big mountain snowboarder on the planet'.
