This should actually be in the 13/14 thread cause it counts as Day 1. 9/22/2013

Season review from last year with lots of Eastern Sierra footage (Bloody, Carson, Solstice, Powerhouse, Red Slate, Emerson, North Peak, Cat's Ears, ...) in the middle:

Thanks for the stoke! It was so terrible, I might have watched it twice!

Thanks. The run is called Mihiaella and the 2 tracks on there are from our guide and a Swiss-Austrian film crew: http://www.truecolorfilms.com

Those f*****s hit it before me

    Are you not healthy now?

    How is your young Owen?
I didn't believe in reincarnation when I was your age either.

I broke myself biking in July and am suffering some other strange ailments. I miss being healthy.

My 7-year-old daughter will be doing the Tahoe League races this winter for Diamond Peak. Maybe see you out there?

^^^Bummer, heal fast. I broke my clavicle cycling years ago, and haven't been quite straight since. Just spent four days with a heavy backpack on and it was pretty painful the whole time.

I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...

Now that there is 3 inch skiff of snow blanketing the East Side, I am lurking for the 13/14 thread. Is there one going yet?

^^^Not talking about that thread, as I am sure it pissed Ullr off and helped lead to this seasons demise. Maybe we need to start a new "Rad" thread if it ever snows 12"+ in a 24 hour period.

Any updates here? I assume they're gonna open the road a little early this year, due to the fact that no snow has fallen.

Super fun-Big stuff coming in Sat-Tues, timing TBD. Call of the day was hiking into weyboze and sending it to the cat track to (va)china bowl.Wipe outs/drop out upper was wind blown and good. The lower is like spring. Heard Avi's are good ( via a quick hike over the top near the plaque) all three said to have sugar top to bottom.
