Thread: Mammoth condo looking for a couple people to fill out our group.

We lost a couple people in our group this year and haven't been able to find any replacements yet. I've met many cool mags the last few years so I thought I would throw it up here. If you plan to ski at Mammoth 20+ days this season don't want to worry about where you will be staying and not have to lug all your gear up every trip it may be for you.

The place is a 3 bdrm w/loft 2 queens, dbl, single, single bunk, 2 ba. It's a regular 70's outdated but clean and buffed out with flatscreen, tv's in 2 bdrms, nicely stocked kitchen, decent furniture etc. Jacuzzi in complex. It's on a corner of Meridian on green line. 7 month lease November thru May $1700 a mo plus wood, electric, and cable divided by number of people in group 6 max + deposit.

There are 3 of us right now. Mid 30's to mid 40's proffessionals reliable and stable(financially anyway). We are boarders and skiers from LA area.We like to have fun but skiing is why we are there. We ususally ski 30-40 days a season. We are looking for the same.

Basic ground rules: Respect, cleanliness, pay on time. No bedroom assignments, first come first choice, but always try to accomodate for GF's and family guests. Guests are fine and we usually try to limit to 1 or 2 but it's flexible. Group members always get a bed if they want. Guest donations are strongly reccomended**. This is for a part time weekend warriors like us only, no full timers. Join in the group for cooking, partying, and fun or do your own thing, it's not a knitting circle. NO pets.
