Awesome Jackson home seeking roommate

We're looking to rent our huge downstairs room, complete with half bath, heaps of storage, fireplace, windows, queen bed.

The lease is to June 15th, with month to month possible afterwards. Awesome location on top of pine drive, overlooking town, wrap around porch, national forest backyard, hottub.

Three of us live here currently, plus two dogs. Seeking forth (possibly couple) to join our good energy home. Into art, yoga, organic foods, music, fun in the snow. Two sisters will be primarily JHMR way, I will be backcountry only in the park and pass.

Current roommates move out Oct 10th, ideally you would be down to move in by the time rent is due the 16th.
