Your Favorite Rolling Stones song?
Yeah, I know there are lots of people out there who hate the Stones....just like there are lots of people who hate the Yankees. Those can kindly please use the side door!
For me, I have a host of favorite Stones songs....but there is one that always stands above the rest.
Maybe if there was one singular reason for the Stones to come into existence, it was to play this song.
"Paint it black"
What's yours?

Gimme shelter. They have many great songs. In junior high I was buying their albums and I'm 33. My favorite band ever. I hope they will go on tour again.

Something from Beggars Banquet, or maybe Sister Morphine.

People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

so many good ones- almost everything off Beggar's Banquet, Gimme Shelter, Exile & Sticky Fingers qualifies. Lots of great songs on Some Girls and Tattoo You also. Some real gems from the early sixties as well. Here's a couple that haven't been mentioned yet: Honky Tonk Women and Midnight Rambler ( live version). I also heard Hey Negrita recently and was really liking that turned up real loud.
