listen up dummy - here's the deal

when you post a thread and then go away and come back and can't find it on Page 1, look on Page 2 or 3 - reply to your own thread to get it back to Page 1

reality is, nobody here is going to pay $2k for that thing - probably nobody is going to buy anything from you because you are too dumb to sell it

what shop is this? so folks in collingwood ontario canada know where to not go for a tune
    sorry

If we're gonna talk about ignorant here....

What I'm seeing is an outdated, barely wide enough belt grind setup with a mediocre to shitty auto-waxer. The belt looks beat to shit like somebody either used it too long or didn't know how to pressure the ski or run the ski over it. Besides that, you didn't even bother to clean it. That means that, at least since the spring, its been sitting with all kinds of grime solidifying up on the insides.

It might take you an hour or two to clean the thing, 50-100 to get some new belts for it so it doesn't look so beat etc., but maybe if you put in at least that effort, someone might be willing to buy a belt grinder that's probably only wide enough for race skis and skinny touring skis. You have to understand the market on here is made up largely of people with wider skis than that can probably handle, and its USELESS for snowboards, which are currently around 30% of the North American winter sports market share.

Again with the 'ignorance'.... You say you upgraded to a new machine. Well anyone who's even talked with a rep for any of the major manufacturers of grinders and stuff has to know that they are not only dropping prices on their own new and used stuff, but so many resorts shut down last year that they have all kinds of inexpensive stock. Can you even reliably source parts and belts for that thing anymore?

Sure, there are a bunch of people on here, like me, who act like assholes sometimes, but jumping on everybody to insult them isn't gonna get your product sold. by the way, I had checked this out, but i'm not feeling like messing around with international freight on that. I know its gotta be at least a few hundred pounds.
