Your extra bed, couch, floor, or even backyard are all good. we 'll bivy in the snow if necessary but need a warm place for gear to dry and shower. and there's always Hood with a concrete bonus at burnside bridge (at least for another year) if global warming fries the rockies and the sierras in may.

Was thinking about joining up with one of those fitness clubs round Avon or Vail to get showers/sauna and just winter camp in a snowbank somewhere, but I never tried to fluff dry my skipants, jacket and stuff in a commercial laundry's dryer. Some of them make you wash your stuff before they'll let you put it in their dryers. I dunno. Hints?

If you're serious about camping, check out the national forest area off tiger road in breckenridge. Or Montezuma rd by keystone. Drive up car camping. Breckenridge rec center has showers, hot tub and the works for cheap. Both are within a mile or so of the resorts

Make sure its air fluff only... Those commercial dryers will melt your shit - especially zippers. And it wasn't even on high. :nonono

The OP should get in on this deal. I'm a little closer to the mountain, but would require at least two cases of LT.

Some way some how we have got to find someone traveling from the NE out to Tahoe than could bring a few cases with them...
