Tension Headaches?
You know, the usual. Kids, job, deaths in fam, etc. Stress. Have had dull headaches everyday for about a month. Feel like I am in a cloudy fog, sensitivity to light. Been working out a lot to try to break the malaise. Anyone every deal with these symptoms and have any advice. Kinda over this.

Massage is good idea, find someone that can do cranial-sacral work. I had a bad concussion once and had headaches for a month or more and it really helped.
I rarerly get any headaches anymore, but a small puff of reefer always fixes it. Drink lots of nice pure water too.
If you can't sleep a short run of a prescription sleep aid can help get you rested up.
Feel better soon bro!

First of all, make sure it is a tension headache.Everyday for a month sounds like more than tension.
Sensitivity to light makes me think of migraine.
I dont get headaches often, but Aleve works really fast for me and lasts a long time.hi

If you can tolerate high dose of caffeine....Excedrine....works every time for me. Rather have a little stomach upset than a headache.

I love coffee but it fucks with me, so the caffeine in excedrine may be too much. Actually went to md a bit ago and, of course, told me I need to sleep more, work out, eat well. You know, all the shit I already knew when I was one co-pay richer.

Pressure points work for some people and their headaches. The one in the webbing between the thumb and forefinger works for me for the more frontal headaches.

That and keeping well hydrated, along with proper electrolyte levels, are big factors for me.

Just a thought but it could be allergies or aids.

I'm thinking aids. Wife is keeping her fingers crossed that its allergies. MD now wants to scan my dome to see whats in there. Probably not too much.

As much as this picture is making me laugh, don't discount the possibility that it is a tumor.
My uncle had some pretty nasty family shit go down, so he attributed the headaches to stress. After everything settled down he realized there was a bump, he is now recovering from brain surgery and starting chemo.
As fast as the issues cam on it was the first thing I thought of after reading your post. Well 2nd, 1st was drink more.

you might want to see a tmj specialist (they have them at kaiser permanente, which is what i have) to see if you're developing a tmj problem from clenching (during the day or at night). a mouthguard at night will keep your teeth separated so they're not in the clamped mode for hours.f

It could also have something to do with your spine. When I slipped four vert in my neck (C4 to C7) I was getting migraines etc. After years I graduated to small background headaches with lots of tension in my upper neck / back, like in the levator scapulae and mid shoulder area. Maybe you have a minor pinch around your C 4 to C7 ?? Anything is possible.

Have you tried furious masturbation?
Alternatively have you tried quitting furious masturbation?
Perhaps even masturbating furiously during your scan to see if it shows up anything untoward?

I'd add eyes - as in problems with glasses or needing them as a possible cause.

Valium, weed, oxygen therapy and sleeping throughout the night.
These can be mutually exclusive."My policies are based not on some economics theory, but on things I and millions like me were brought up with: an honest day's work for an honest day's pay; live within your means; put by a nest egg for a rainy day; pay your bills on time; support the police."
