You bought a boot online that you never tried on and it doesnt fit to your liking? Wow. What a suprise! The guy just shipped 1200 orders and maybe he did make a mistake, but hes already said hes a one man show and people are getting their gear. Seems like youre the only one on here bitching like youre being royally screwed out of your ski season in August. Skiuniverse, you fucking rock. Thanks for hooking us up.
Next time you BUY the wrong product from a one man show that you didnt research for shit, and then proceed to act like youre the fucking king of the universe maybe you should just be patient and wait your turn in line so that the vendor can help you out along with any of his other returns hes probably going to deal with all at once.
Youre the kind of pain in the ass customer NO ONE wants. Just shut up and wait in line to be helped like a regular person with a customer service issue instead of whining on a public forum like a spoiled 3 year old.

So you bought something based on the short description blurb and did ZERO product research on your own? You better buck up and be willing to pay for return shipping, and not try to screw the seller out of it. That minor size difference is nothing, in fact the accident was probably a blessing since soft liners will pack out more quickly.
If you buy on eBay, please post your username here so we can add you to our "blocked bidder list".

Lives 2000 miles from snow...2 days a year...skiing with the kids...thinks there would be any fucking difference at all if he got the 25.5...Sounds perfect for 2008 EDGE+ 11.

And you're selling what fucktard?
It is within brands. But please, don't let facts get in your way.
2 days on the least coast, in fact usually at your miserable ice-plagued berm, retard. The 40-50 other days are WB or SLC. Please feel free to interject along with the other morons, or see if that remedial reading comprehension course is still being offered.

First, you're right. Are you familiar with the head flex, and has a 80-90 flex ever been considered "stiff"??
Second, Why so mad, bro??? This all started with Evil trying to help,(admittedly in TGR speak) and you went aggro on everyone. ...but keep it up it's summer, and I'm bored.

exactly. Fucking relax. Which is it? Is the boot too soft or is it too small? a 25 is a 25.5, the shell is identical. And for the record I sell lots of things, including brains and patience. You can paypal me at golearnhowtobuyskiboots@gofuckyourself.com

^^^ THIS ^^^
This is why I deal with legit businesses. There is a maggot owned ski shop in Missoula called Backcountry Freeskier, owned by mtskier. I guarentee there will never be this kind of butthurt if anyone ever buys from him. Yeah, he does'nt have any $3 dollar poles, or $5 goggles, but his customer service is excellent, unlike this skiuniverse dude...
edit: not really SPAM, as I have no financial interest in Backcountry Freeskier. I'm just using that retailer as an example of good customer service that I have no problem paying for."Zee damn fat skis are ruining zee piste !" -Oscar Schevlin
"Hike up your skirt and grow a dick you fucking crybaby" -what Bunion said to Harry at the top of The Headwaters

Bite me has got to be a troll, right?
The size is listed as 25.0 on the website.
As has been noted, flex index is clearly listed as well.
If he had spent as much time reading the webpage as he has creating worthless posts here, he could have averted this horrible disaster.I french kissed Kelly Kapowski.

This thread shows many of you like to buy foreign made goods for a cheap price. I see many other gear swap threads for used equipment not get attention that have a price based on market value derived from age, condition, and original MSRP. This thread is selling for obviously less than a retailer's cost on most items (and less than used in most cases as well). I bet this vendor has bought up a bunch of close out stuff for a bulk price at a loss to the retailer (or from a retailer going out of business). Most of the prices are less than what a retailer pays a brand or manufacturer. (e.g. Ross, TJ Maxx, Steinmart, Steep n Cheap model etc)
I understand that money is tight in this economy. You just want cheap? right? Even better, a brand name cheap. No other considerations? Low price seems to drive you guys. Kind of like Walmart. What else is important?
Obviously the guy selling this stuff is making money. But, does the model survive after the supply of cheap stuff is gone along with the original retailers (maybe even the brand in some cases) that purchased in good faith from the brand at the brand's set price? Why don't you just buy direct from the brand? But the brand doesnt even sell this cheap....

Dear Sir,
Please feel free to fuck yourself, and all your Irish relatives.
The boots I bought had a 25.5 size (one pair only!), but what was shipped was a 25.0 (if you'd been paying attention you'd know this).
Also, what is represented as a "stiff boot" for expert...., in fact turns out to be a 80 flex noodle (and before you get stoopid,WITHIN the Head line, this is a unit of measure which is soft-typing slow enough for you?)
So no, asswipe, I'm no troll, I'm just someone who was shipped the wrong size of something that was grossly misrepresented in its description, but according to some, I should have done great due diligence, and researched every nuance to have known that skiuniverse was materially misrepresenting what they were selling, and should now be self-fisting because I got screwed by an outfit who won't answer the phone, or reply to PM's of posts here.
Go fucking figure, right? So anywayspthomson, thank you for being another useless twat who has found some reason why they have to weigh in apparently without any knowledge about the situation, and (at best) suspect intelligence.
Speaking of worthless posts, please feel free to think about what you're sending out on the interwebs

When all you have is "fuck yourself" "asswipe" and everything else that amounts to middle-school name calling, that's a good time to stop posting.
Tell us, what are we missing? Because we've clearly shown you what you're missing.
We know which boots you bought and we all see them on the website. It lists them as size 25.0 NOT 25.5 as you claim, and the flex index of 80/90 is clearly stated. Stiff is a relative term. You might have a case if the flex index wasn't listed. But it was, so you don't. You're the guy who missed those two EASY to see details. End of story.
You certainly don't deserve a refund, though you'll probably get one - return shipping should definitely be on you - your mistake.
Stick a fork in yourself, you're done.
And I still think you're a troll. A fun one at that.I french kissed Kelly Kapowski.

There are like 2 things left on the site. LATE TO THE PARTY.
Also I know you're swamped but you gotta get your web guy to loop through the product categories and hide the category if there is no product remaining. Can't wait until you get restocked!

Since it is at the top I don't think it will hurt to add to this mindless thread.
So Biteme you have the change to ski slc/wb 40 to 50 times a year-that is some serious change when everything is added in for a tourist and you ski 2 times a year with your kids in the East (advice from a dad-you might want to reconsider that ratio with your kids). Yet you are all worked up about $68 boots that YOU made a mistake when you bought.
If you want people to be kind and supportive even when you fuck up and don't admit it, there are other forums on the internet.

^^paging AZgreg to the courtesy phone.
Biteme, considering it will probably run you 15-20$ to ship the boots back, why not just keep them and sell them to some jong on eBay when winter rolls around. You probably have a better chance of making your money back that way.
Considering the attitude you have in this thread I'm guessing that skiuniverse doesn't really want to deal with you and probably has you as their very last priority right now. I'm guessing the refund will happen eventually but hes probably in no rush to give you your money back because of the way youve been acting...
spthomson- I'm with you. This has got to be a troll.

Considering how off the deep end Biteme has gone on this, proving to be a raging spaz, I'm sure he is only legally allowed visitation rights to see his kids twice a year, and under supervision at that.
apparently he is willing to cash in all his dignity and self respect for $68

I had a problem with my order too, but after a quick series of emails, it seems to have been fixed. Really not a big deal, but then again, KC and I talked like adults and figured out what happened and took care of the problem. Funny how far a little patience and understanding can go.

He seems to have missed the post that said 25.0 and 25.5 are the same sized shell, just a different liner length and sticker...I guess he is butt hurt over a sticker.
