Hey Everyone,
Yes - In fact, I am currently a one-man operation at the moment. We just moved states so, regretfully, our warehouse managers of 5 loyal years had to stay behind. I'm answering phones, emails and shipping packages as fast as possible. I'm a tad behind with the influx of orders but please rest assured that any small delays or, hard to reach via phone, will be worthwhile when your packages and deals arrive. Thanks for understanding. I sincerely appreciate your patience and support.

Give the guy a break. My gfs stuff came and its not like any of us are skiing that soon anyways. Just for the record it was shipped USPS priority. I hope everyone else gets there stuff but I do not think that this guy is a scammer at all. Just a little slow and understaffed.

Ordered some mojo 15's from them, received the bindings about 2 or 3 weeks after ordering. Didn't get any responses from inquiries about my order but hey, they showed up just fine! Shipped using usps.

My bindings have not showed(I ordered 2 weeks ago today), but I have zero worries that they will. He did send me an email and my brothers bindings showed on Sat(I ordered mine a few hours after he did). Solid overall deal, thanks Skiuniverse, Tuco's back in the alpine game.

Ordered boots abut 10 days ago - they were shipped USPS, who went to office address on Saturday, when no one was there, so I had to make arrangements for redelivery (use FedEx dammit)
Ordered 25.5 (only size they said they had), and got 25.0. Says so on box, on boot and on sticker on boot. Sent a mail at about 2 this afternoon for resolution and let's see what (and when) response comes back.

I ordered gloves and gogs. Got an e mail today saying they were out of stock on the gloves even though the site still says there is stock.
Don't know what's going on with my order or my refund, but I am confident everything will be worked out. I know dude is slammed.

Hi all - a little breathing time to visit the forum again.
Bite me - Sorry for the problem. Can I have a little more info?
I just shipped out about 1,200 items by myself.. a bit hectic so thanks to all for everyone's patience. It's a fine line between offering the most killer deals and raising prices for part time summer help. Figuring it was July, I'm happy to see kind understanding.
Bite me - send me an email and I'll get help resolve your size problem. Thanks!

OK Dude, tired of waiting, and I'm going on a two week trip Wednesday and don't want these sitting in my office. Tried the PM route and haven't heard anything back, so the only place that seems to work is on here, so sorry mang, but I want these things gone, and a 25.0 just isn't going to fit without a bunch of work.
Also learned that contrary to your description of:
"Maxing out the Edge+ line in features, the Edge+ 11 holds nothing back. This stiff boot is for the most demanding all-mountain skier who demands comfort to match the performance of their boots...."
The real description should be:
(From Evogear) - "The Edge+’s 90-80 flex offers smooth control anywhere on the mountain for intermediate-level skiers".
I sorta figured this out on my own after (trying to) try them on, and wondering if there were set in the "walk" position that they don't have they were so squishy.
Let me know what return address you want them sent to, and I assume they'll be NO delay in crediting my card, correct?Last edited by bite me; 08-13-2012 at 01:00 PM.

This is awesome. It's like nagative xmas. My box may or may not arrive, but what's inside? It's a surprise...just likely not a good one. but then I guess half the crap I've ever received for xmas is just that...but then I didn't pay for it either.
I will agree that one guy trying to send out 1200 pieces of gear is a bit much, but sending 25.0's over 25.5's and sending bindings other than the ones ordered is not mere oversight...it's hoping for the best.
