Why the obsession with Sarah Palin?
Although most of us can all agree that she's super hot, I can understand why people were dogging on her DURING the last campaign, but as soon as McCain and Palin lost, she should've been lost into irrelevancy. For some reason, though, lots of people STILL like to keep bringing her up. For example, an intern at work kept wanting to talk politics, much to everyone's annoyance. Anytime we'd bring up a good counter-point, he'd be like "Well, Sarah Palin...", "Well, Sarah Palin...", "Well, Sarah Palin..." The dude couldn't stay on topic past one rebuttal, he kept bringing her up and would go of on a long rant about her. I kept having to remind him that she is completely irrelevant at this point, so quit using her as a talking point. Sounds a bit like Grape_Ape?
Talking about Sarah Palin 3 years after a lost election is like talking about Lloyd Bentsen, who was Michael Dukakis' running mate in 1988. Now given, I don't have any reason to talk bad about Lloyd Bentsen, as I was 7 at the time, but you don't hear people talking any crap about past election running mate's like they do Palin. "Well, Lloyd Bentson!..." "Well, John Edwards!..." <--Who we all know is a scumbag, but I'm not going to resort to using him as a case against the entire Democratic party. "Well, John Edwards!..."
Seriously, running-mates from lost elections shouldn't matter any more, so why do people place so much importance on Sarah Palin? ESPECIALLY since she quit her job as governor of Alaska. Chick's irrelevant. Let her go already.

Have you ever seen that picture of her when she was sixteen wearing real short shorts?
Of course, you'd have to gag her somehow, but, still......
It isn't necessary to imagine the world ending in fire or ice. There are two other possibilities: one is paperwork, and the other is nostalgia.
