I lived in that nieghborhood for a year. During that year the guy that lived in the building across from me was arrested for a mass shooting at a chucky cheese and they found a body in a field down the street. Woke up one night with somone walking in the attic space above my apartment and decided it was time to move out. Back then it was a tough neighborhood.

But I guess the nieghborhood doesn't matter. The whack job could have been anywhere.
