Don't tell my mom but...just kidding!!!!!!!!!! i am back in my house and looking for room mates. house: 1900sq/ft, 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, located in sandy on 1300 east next to smiths, the sandy library and the stakehouse!!! close to 9400 pnr. at this point 3-4 rooms are open - no i don't get a room, i stay in the garage or in the mormon food storage room (north east corner of the basement!) rent: 300/mo, no deposit, pets allowed, utilities will be split, however if i fill all the rooms just the base 300/mo will cover everything!!! contact: slaagmaster@yahoo.com - facebook Ronald Delano Hardy - TETON GRAVITY!!!! pm me here!! 1 room available now - the master br - 350/mo includes utils
1 room opening end of december - downstairs - 325/mo includes utils
rent is month to month to better serve the ski/ride crowd. no deposits, contracts, or last month prepay!!!!

also i have begun to offer short term couch surf for 25/week. this is to help bro's between. house is now bro only - mo betta ho go home!!!!

we building the groove to eternal stoke!!!!!!!!!!!

about 2 mile downhill to trax or 2 mile uphill to 9400 pnr at 2000 east!!!!

What an awesome deal if you just want to come for a few weeks or a month! Will keep this in mind if I'm ever able to come to SLC for an extended period of time.
