    Nevada Fishing...Where do you go?

Anyone have any good spots they wouldn't mind sharing? I'm in Las Vegas but will travel all over the state for some good fishing. Don't really care what I'm fishing for just really looking for some places. I prefer places that are harder to get to. Would rather not just park the car and cast. I like a little bit of a hike to get to a spot.

    Thanks for any ideas.

Wow aren't you a douche. How about you go to hell and get the hell out of my thread. Hopefully the rest of the people on this site aren't idiots like you.

Yeah I was thinking about taking my pole there to see if it was any good. Do you think security would give me any trouble? Do you know if they stock the streams there?

I have done exceptionally well with my pole at the Venetian. Security doesn't care until you start breaking shit and keeping the other guests up from hoots and hollas when your rod gets bent.

The Rubies have some good stuff, and a lot you can hike in and poke around and explore. The Truckee Fishes well on the Nevada side earlier and late in the season, although can be crowded. Pyramid has big dumb fish but they don't fight worth a shit. No secrets there.

I wasn't aware this was the drake board

Thanks.. I've been reading about the Rubies and am actually heading up there at the end of the month to hike the Ruby Crest trail. I'll have to check out the Truckee when I'm out that way in October.

Devil's Hole by Pahrump has some good pupfish, if you can get over the fence...
The blues has always been about taking your problems and turning them into something you can dance to, drink to and fuck to.
We're certainly not a blues band in any kind of purest sense, but to me Rock and Roll has always had it's roots in that tradition.
