Ive never had a problem getting a hold of them on the phone. I have never tried in July though...

Bump, because I sent them an email last week that they never responded to. I sent it to the address on the "Contact Us" part of their website.

My comment wasn't really directed at your situation specifically, and it's cool they're taking care of you. But when Adiron (legitimately) said that companies should be paying attention to their emails, PappaG's response wasn't "it's July, we're sorry, we'll get to it asap," which would be a legitimate and understandable response from a ski company. Rather, he basically said "we don't give a shit about your concerns because we sell lots of skis." That's fucking lame.

Right, but PPG isn't an employee, so you can't really say it speaks for the company.
Nor would I agree that the negative drift you cite is really what he meant; I took it as "...they're busy...".
On the surface it always seems cooler to be the hardass I guess, but when it gets down to the day to day real grind of things, the strong show some love.Merde De Glace
