This film is different in many ways from what I have seen. Granted I am biased having spent almost two months with them in AK, but it includes some really interesting historical aspects and tales from pioneers of the genre. TJ and SJ have a unique place in the history of AK having been there since the beginning more or less and revisited some cool history for the flick this year. They also checked out a new area of the Chugach never filmed before which will add a different feel and look to AK, just like when the Tordrillos first came online adding a fresh vibe and look to the AK scene and to the film.

My thoughts exactly. I know the snow in most of the US was horrible last year, but scenes from AK get old quick no matter how "awesome" the footage. An entire movie based on a location I (and 99% of your target audience) will probably never go? Not something I'll be rushing to see.

Good looking - doesn't get me as stoked as the last two years trailers - but I know the full shot will be great as always!
Can't wait. Keep up the good work.-deej
I'm against picketing... but I don't know how to show it...

Some guys make a movie, are super stoked on it and post the trailer here (the same people that host your comments) and people have to start bitching that they went to Alaska?!?! What did you want? New Jersey? Fuck...
Good on you guys Frozen and crew! Stoked to see Dash kill it in a break-out role!"I'm 1080Rider, and I've approved this message."

AK does seem to get repetitive, i hope its not all spines and huge faces. I mean those are good but get old fast even if its really gnarly lines . i would be stoked to see some deep ak trees though

I'm so saturated, with having seen Alaska in movies before, that I am not at all impressed, that's how core I am.

Seriously though, very nice trailer; it makes me want to see the movie NOW.

Well they certain hit the jackpot in filming in AK this year. Definitely looking forward to the film after that trailer. Whats not to love about Sage Seth and Dash? Theyve been training for Alaska for a long time

Nice trailer, but AK was the only place with decent snow? Come on....

well I remember skiing two months of endless pow in places 89% percent of the TGR crowd (the 10% euros might
) will never ski. some hours from my doorstep....
But i guess since flights to europe are waay more expensive than heli time you surely did the right thing............It's a war of the mind and we're armed to the teeth.

I guess my take is that I would rather watch an NFL game, even though I will never play in the league, than go wach donnie's tag football game that I could join. It is always nice to get some feedback whether good or bad though. We do try to listen. One thing we really focused on was not having 500 monster lines. AK is a big State and has lots of diverse terrain.
"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention to arrive safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: Wow!!! What a ride!"
