There are plenty of passionate hardcore backcountry skiers and gear gurus out there, but what sets Greg Hill apart, and what makes him valuable to a company like Salomon is his proven ability to generate volumes of interesting internet content. We've all got an unquenchable appetite for current, high quality skiing related content, and with Salomon's push, Greg Hill has the self-promotional drive to create what we're going to be watching as we drink our coffee before skiing, for years to come.

I heart you. I really do. It's been quite fun our banter. I feel like I'm almost the troll in this tete-a-tete. Thank you for being so raven.

You can debate Greg Hill's place in the world of backcountry skiing and the role of pro endorsements ad nauseum but this is a win for us consumers. Dynafit will continue to make lightweight gear and Solly may start. Maybe they'll even introduce a boot for people without hobbit feet.
I can't believe you are a rando racer because I look so much better in Lycra than you.

Good for him.... interesting to see what develops.
On all his recent trips he's been wearing TLT5's and skiing Stokes so they's better get some light weight gear developed real fast or he's going to be skinning with a heavy gear this winter.
    He's a real good planter...go figure

Greg Hill\\\'s Himalayan tour with Hoji

Interesting to see the two skiing together. The second last picture has Hill on Solly skis with Dynafit clamps? Salomon? Who knows.

Fransson is still skiing Plums, so I guess nothing from Salomon yet...

Greg looked like he was on Rocker 90s in the pic, but couldn't see the bindings.
