Advice please regarding PX 14 forward pressure
I switched out PX12s for PX14s but am worried about forward pressure setting. The PX12s heels were pretty much forward but forward pressure was perfect. Theoretically both bindings have 20 mm adjustment and with 6 of 8 holes identical I figured it was a no brainer to use the old holes with just two new ones for the heel piece but that didn't quite work out. My problem is that I'm short about 2 mm forward adjustment to make the forward pressure up to spec. Do you think there is a chance they might work as is? If so I'll take them for a serious rip at the beginning of the season and see if they release inappropriately. If there is no chance they will work then I'll rip them off now,West System epoxy and all.

Remount heels 1.5 cm forward. Plug the old holes. Releases settings are not something you want to half-ass.
Or take it to a qualified ski technician at your local ski shop.

I would at least go get them tested before skiing but strongly recommend doing it right. Its not worth ruining your whole season over

I think he is talking about the fact that his px12's had the older slide tab forward pressure adjustment whereas his px14's are the new RACE version with the worm screw. Theose two bindings share the toe pattern and two of the four heel holes (race version has shorter mount pattern)

You got a small BSL?
I did that with some properly mounted demo deadbolt 13's to allow me to take more advantage of the movable toe piece ... just move the heel pieces forward a bunch
