    Lost Coast AK

    this is the story of my spring..

    I was all like "fuck yeah!" right up until the pike and the Coors. So, except for those, Fuck yeah!

    Its a northern pike, interestingly this place is the only place in North America where pike are endemic south of the Alaska Range and west of the coast mountains. Something about glacier refugia... They are fucking awesome.

    I've only gotten to try fly fishing for pike once, but it was some of the most fun I have ever had fishing.

    so I went looking for fish in a swamp


    and hung out with a lab


    and played some guitar


    I even caught a fish
