nothing against the poster at all, but i'm so sick of seeing helmet cam footage i want to get rid of my own. or maybe i'll just use it for golf instead. everybody is doing the same thing. visually it's all the same.

I agree with Spook on this one. Helmet cam is hard to watch and does little for me unless it is spliced with an outside perspective, which you generally only get in professional ski movies. I also think it helping speed the demise of the well written photo TR, which is the reason I am on TGR to begin with.

I don't get it, did either of you bother actually watching this edit?!? It was a perfect mix of POV and third person perspective, less than half POV by my reckoning. And it was sick. That last line especially was gnarly and charged.

agreed^^^^^^^^wholeheartedly. nice mix and ballzy airs. would like to see better turns thrown in, but he doesn't seem to be interested in turning too much. has plenty to focus on as it is.

yea, very high-end stuff there...at 4:05 the knob goes to 11!
can't recall seeing such a steep, straight and high consequence POV as that last line...YOW!!

    good work!

Some serious lines in that video, and plenty of high quality, non-POV shots. Watch it before you judge it based on a frame grab. Well done.

i did. that's why i said nothing against the poster. still doesn't change the fact that i can't stand the pov cam. enjoyed the third person. but the second i see pov my eyes glaze over.

Really digging the video. The song (not my favorite, but psyched you used it) as well as that last line were pretty killer.

I'll watch that again for sure. Good cuts, fun music, on the edge skiing.

Spook, smile a little, go skiing, then post about it here. Your shit gets old.

Watched this a ton of times.

The POV in this is a good mix in this edit. I've been stoked everytime I see it.

Spook, you can go fuck yourself. When did you take it upon yourself to cunt up every thread around here?

I'm just reminded how easy the huck on skis can be. Every yahoo with balls can send it and hot tub or scrub the landing. It's like hitting a rail on roller blades or skis. Cute, but take off the training wheels next time.

Great edit! Good mix of pov and filming. Not sure why there is hate on this. Super ballzy, I can agree on the lack of skilled turns but it was fun to watch.

"roll like blurry" what does that mean? Hucking to hot tubs with no landings ever being shown? most of blurred's footage of him skiing is very similar, not much good technique (pow turns, technical skiing) displayed in his stuff either.

You are a little crazy. but I enjoyed it and the lines are a good mix of technical, sketch and some great pow. Well played.
I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?
