Salomon bindings skistop repair
At the end of the 11/12 i broke skistop on Salomon S912Ti ski bindings.
At first, i simply removed the retaining part of stop, and somehow secured skistop platform, but later decided to do a complete repair.
I'll note that the described procedure is applicable to many models of Salomon bindings (S, Z, STH, C - series).
The point breakdown: tored threads in a metal plate.
First there was the idea of threading a larger diameter, but it was discarded.
The fact that the main plate has a curved shape and a threaded hole is free space.
In this space the metal plate with threaded hole were placed (can be substituted with regular nut). Native screw was replaced by a suitable bolt.

Secured the plate to the right place with epoxy glue.

Bindings after repair.

Elapsed time: 1.5 + 0.5 hours.
