    iphone 8gb, no SIM card.

I bought it form a maggot, but it needs a SIM card, and a US only sim card, and I'm in canada. I was going to use it for ipod/camera only, but I can't even turn it on without a SIM card in it.

So re-selling it. think I paid $100 for it. same deal. I ASSUME it works, but I can't turn it on to check this. if something is wrong, I'll refund.

small crack in the upper, non-screen corner of the touch screen

    dave@fatskideals.com for pics of it.

You should be able to buy a dummy sim card on eBay, basically a de-activated sim.

    3G, or 3GS,

I have a telus (canadian) SIM card in it, but it seems to still be locked to a US/unknown provider.

Does it power up? You should be able to jailbreak it pretty easily. If it has a sim slot and is US it must be locked to AT&T. How much is it to mail a letter to Canada? I'm sure I could find an old At&t sim card and put it in the mail.
