Leroy sez: Any time someone who is grieving says anything remotely like "we need to make sure this can never ever happen again' they should be treated with empathy but otherwise completely ignored. Their suggestions should be viewed as a step in their grieving process but given no weight or credibility whatsoever.

Also, I get that it is tragic for the parents, but not every time someone dies is it a tragedy. It's life.

blessings to the parents and other loved ones and friends.

Since it is not about the money, should CAIC expect a donation of $250,000 minus 40% lawyer fees if there is a conclusion in favor of the plaintiff of this case?

'Karma' is an Eastern religious concept which views all human dramas as the will of God as opposed to present - and past - life actions.

avi edu is great but oftentimes just brings folks closer to their eventual doom in the mountains.

    such is life.

Looks like Vail could be taking it in the pants on this one. Maybe a bad precedent but sounds like Vail missed it's opportunity to work with the family. Need to finish reading the article...
