Primo conditions the last couple days. Just a touch of rain to keep the trails tacky, without being muddy. Absolutely zero lift lines. Beauty eh?

Crabapple Hits got a major rebuild. Photo credit to Gareth Dyer for this shot

Thank christ. That second 'real' lip was brutal. Everything else in that line contributed to 50% of my whistler enjoyment while only comprising 2% of actual footage. Love those things.

STRAVA: Enabling dorks everywhere to get trails shut down........ all for the sake of a race on the internet.

The GLC is definitely the spot for checking the action while getting your drink on.

Here's a preview of the final feature for the slopestyle and the final jump for the Canadian Open. Props to Paddy Kaye and the crew from Joyride for building it big.

Thanks to Alan Golds for this photo.

No trip. Blew out my UCL on my thumb on Teton Pass this past weekend. 3 to 4 month recovery time. Fuck.

It's looking like I'll be up there this weekend due to the bonus triple play day and an extremely extreme bellingham birthday celebration. Might even get in on some dirt/rock moving saturday....... Gonna be a good time, especially if the weather improves

Wife and I just got back from Whistler. That place is a total blast. Whistler gets huge props for creating such a great place. I have never seen a ski resort that has such a busy summer/off season. The riding was sick. Every trail lived up to the hype IMO. The Bro/Brah factor was huge but everybody was friendly and no sign of the angry locals I had heard about. Had some great meals and many drinky's (with mostly Aussies...strange). Will be back there for sure. Sounds like a paid advertisement I know but it aint.
