Alaska is a big place, could you be a bit more specific? Chugach? Wrangell-st elias?

6 more days with parents/in-laws. This picture makes me long for home, can't wait to get back.

Thanks for that photo. Just spent 10 minutes zoomed-in drooling over lines I probably would never attempt. Looks beautiful!

I think it likely is Mt ascension which would make it Kenai Range

Not Ascension. Looks to be unnamed. Not 100% sure, but it's probably pt 4705 off the north side of the Claremont Glacier just north of King's Bay. Either way, it would be a real pain to get to without a heli... Unless you boated in, hiked up the backside, skied that face and navigated around the icefalls back, etc.
Either way, it's some of the best spines I've seen outside Haines.

Did you ski Isthmus? Does CPG have that all tracked up?

No, didn't ski Isthmus. It has a HUGE hangfire on the top 1/3 of it, otherwise we would have sent it. The new snow is NOT bonding well to the old stuff... needs a couple days of sun to turn isothermal again.
