Marker Jester or Atomic FFG 14?

Need some new binders with 130mm brakes. Two candidates are the Jester or the FFG 14. The FFGs do not have the driver toe. I ride with a DIN of 8 (on Mojo 15s), so I don't necessarily need a 16 DIN binding. Any preference or experience with these two bindings? Or another binder with 130mm brakes?

If there is already a thread on this, please point me in the right direction

    Thanks

I currently have some Jesters.....they seem to be just fine. I ride at a din of 10 (which is even on the low side for jesters).

I did just put some of the blue Dynastar PX 14 Racing bindings on my Line Chronics. The Px14 s were super cheap at Evo....like $70 bucks with a discount.

I bought the ones with an 80mm brake and fit it onto a 92mm waisted park ski. You can actually grind the plastic cover on the inside of each of the Dynastar brake ends to get some more width.

Anyway Evo have the exact same bindings (Dynastar PX 14) for $129 with a 120mm brake?

You could likely do the same thing I did and get it to 130mm. A cheaper option than the jesters.

Have had three days on my PX14s, and they feel solid to me.

FYI: You can get the FFG Team with the driver toe.

I think Jesters may be lighter, but either way, out of those two, I'd go with the FFGs. I've skied FFG12s, FFG14s, FFG16s, and the Salomon version as well on everything from Atomic Punx to Line Motherships and have never had a single issue other than breaking a brake on a three year old pair of park skis with ffg12s. I prefer the Salomon/Atomic model any day over Markers. I can't stand stepping in and out of any marker heel piece... People love the driver toe but the toe on the FFG14 is just fine - light, solid and low profile.
