least ass-rapey Canadian phone plan that allows calls to the states?
hey guys, I'm looking for suggestions for phone plans in canada that allow calling the states. I don't need to call the states a lot but need to have the capability. I can do it with Virgin for $35 a month (that doesn't include voice mail) and that would mean it would be 45cents a minute to call the states (honestly fine with me because I just need it for emergencies). anyone have any input on Virgin? or suggestions on better plans for an american living in canada for a few years? thanks guys

Your cheapest bet is to buy international calling cards. Using one of those you're paying jsut a few cents per minute to the USA.
Otherwise, check out Koodo Mobile. they have a $2/month plan add on that gets you 5c/minute to the USA. Otherwise their plans are comparable to Virgin's. I use Koodo and would recommend them.::.:..::::.::.:.::..::.
