    HS Shutter vs Full HD

Need some schooling. Which will yield better slow-motion video images?
Want to do some slo-mo video next season and looking for a simple point/shoot camera that will fit in jacket pocket.
New Nikon Coolpix 9300 offer dynamic switching between 30/120 fps, but not at full HD quality. Will the high-speed shutter give me better image quality than just shooting at full HD (1980P) and using that for slo-mo segments?

Shutter or frame rate? FPS=/=shutter speed, and shooting video at a 1/200th shutter speed doesn't give you a faster frame rate.

Not sure what you're asking. If the camera will shoot 120fps at 16x9 SD (480p) then upconverting it to HD might look better in the end than slowing down 1080p shot at 1/120 shutter speed (or more likely 1/200) for the same effect. You'll have to experiment.
